Assets Calendar
Assets contain date-related information, including Created, Updated, and Custom date fields.

Creating an Assets Calendar
Requirements
You must be a Timeline Owner.
Steps
Open the Timeline where you want to create a Assets Calendar.
Click Edit at the top right corner of the page.
Click + Add a Calendar in the Calendars section on the right of the screen.
Select + Create a new calendar at the bottom of the list.
Choose Assets.
Choose the desired Object Schema.
Select the appropriate Object Type.
Select the Asset Start date and End date attributes.
Use an optional Object Filter (AQL).
Editing an Assets Calendar
Requirements
You need one of the following permissions:
EDIT or ADMIN Calendar permissions.
Global permissions: Golive Administrator or Manage Calendars.
Steps
Access the Timeline where you want to edit an Assets Calendar.
Look for the Calendars section on the right side of the screen.
Click the corresponding Actions button, represented by a three horizontal dots icon.
Click View/Edit.
Make any necessary changes.
Click Done.
Removing an Assets Calendar
Requirements
You need one of the following permissions:
EDIT or ADMIN Calendar permissions.
Global permissions: Golive Administrator or Manage Calendars.

This action will only remove the Assets Calendar from the Calendars section of the current Timeline, without deleting it.
Access the Timeline where you want to remove an Assets Calendar.
Look for the Calendars section on the right side of the screen.
Click the corresponding Actions button, represented by a three horizontal dots icon.
Click Remove.
Deleting an Assets Calendar
Requirements
You need one of the following permissions:
EDIT or ADMIN Calendar permissions.
Global permissions: Golive Administrator or Manage Calendars.
Steps
Access the Timeline where you want to delete an Assets Calendar.
Look for the Calendars section on the right side of the screen.
Click the corresponding Actions button, represented by a three horizontal dots icon.
Click Delete.
Click Delete once again to confirm.
