Sharing & Exporting Timelines
Manage your Timelines in the Manage Views Page, and add important Timelines to the Global or Project Views sections so other team members can easily access them. Once saved, you can also publish a Timeline to a Jira dashboard using the Timeline Gadgets.
Exporting Timelines Events
To export a Timeline:
Ensure all the Events you want to export are visible on the Timeline.
Click the Export button (represented by a downward arrow).
Select one of the available formats:
XLSX
CSV
JSON
Exporting to iCal
You can export Environment Events and Logs (deployments and status changes) to Outlook, Gmail, iCalendar, iOS Calendar, etc.
Requirements
Only calendars that are shared with Anyone can be exported to iCal feeds. For detailed information, refer to the Calendar Permissions article.
Steps
Access the desired Timeline.
Click the Export button (downward arrow).
Select New iCal feed.
Enter a Name for your new export.
Select the specific Calendars you wish to export.
Important
Golive Cloud only allows exporting the following calendar types:
Deployment Logs
Scheduled Events
Status Change Logs
Use the checkboxes to select logs for All Deployed Versions, All Status Changes, or both.
Click Create.
The iCal feed link will display in the Generated Link field.
Tip
Create as many exports as needed. This allows you to view Events in your preferred calendar app without directly connecting to Jira. You can also display Events in Confluence using Team Calendar.
