Jira Issues Calendar
Jira issues contain a significant amount of date-related information, including Creation, Resolution, Due dates, and Custom date fields.
To maximize the utility of Issue Calendars, it's essential to familiarize yourself with their basic concepts and features. If you're new to Calendars, refer to the Timeline Core Concepts article.
Set up an Issue Calendar
On the Events Source tab, begin by selecting the issues you want to display on the timeline. You can switch between Basic and Advanced modes using the toggle in the top-right corner:
Basic Mode
Choose a Jira Project and the Issue Type in the first section.
Map the Start date, End date, and Environment to your Issue Type Fields in the second section.
Advanced Mode
Select a Jira Project, an existing Jira Filter, or craft your own Jira Query Language (JQL) query to specify the issues for the timeline.
Specify the issue fields corresponding to the Start of the event, the End of the event, and the linked Environment. This ensures that events are accurately displayed on the timeline.
Define Default Values for the Project and the Issue Type. These values will be automatically populated when creating issues from the timeline via drag-and-drop functionality.
Customize Displayed Event Information
You can customize the layout of your Calendar Events to display the information that matters most to you. Here's how:

Navigate to the Displayed Information section within the panel.
